About Busaba

Busaba is an AI travel companion for Thailand's intercity buses.

Talk or write in your own language and it answers in that language: it finds live timetables and seats across 150+ licensed operators, books your ticket, issues it in your language and in Thai, and looks after your trip in your language — changes, refunds, boarding, problems.

You pay the same price as a Thai passenger, without the service fees of the large online travel agencies.

15,000+ routes · 12,000+ trips a day · 150+ operators · 1,200+ check-in counters · 6,700+ stops · #1

Two fronts, one inventory

Busaba runs on the same live reservation systems Thai travellers already use. One front is a normal booking flow: origin, destination, date, passengers, filters, a real-time departure grid and checkout. The other front is chat: say the trip in any language and the assistant runs the same search against the same seats. Switching fronts does not change the supplier, the fare or the ticket. Chat does not invent a different timetable.

Choosing your ticket

Two steps, both live.

Choose the departure. The grid shows time, operator, class, fare, seats left, terminal and amenities for that date. In chat, the same rows come back as a list you can tap or name.

Choose the seat. The seat map is the actual coach — upper and lower deck, that operator's layout, live occupancy. Your seat is held in the operator's own system while you pay.

Before you pay, the trip is shown as Departing {A} → Arriving {B}, with date and time, in your language, so the direction can be checked.

Start from a route page, the search form, or a sentence: "Bangkok to Chiang Mai tomorrow, 2 tickets."

The ticket

Every ticket is bilingual: your language on one side, Thai on the other, the same QR code on both. You read yours; the driver and counter staff read Thai. Most operators scan the QR at boarding. A few counter-only operators still issue a paper ticket against your booking code.

Paying

Pay by Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Thai QR (PromptPay), K PLUS, or cash at any 7-Eleven. The methods shown depend on the operator.

After you book

Change the date, request a refund, or find your booking from its reference or the phone number you booked with. No account needed. Refund and change rules are set by the operator; Busaba confirms them for your booking, in your language.

Your language, everywhere

Busaba follows the passenger's language — chat, timetable, seat map, ticket and help. The Thai side of the ticket is always there for station staff.

How it works

Say or search the trip. Compare live departures. Pick your seat, pay, show the QR to the driver.
